2.4 In any case, if MinExp has reason to believe that any behavior of the user violates or may violate the above agreement, MinExp may terminate the provision of services to the user at any time without any prior notice.

3. Changes, interruptions and terminations of services

3.1 You understand and agree that the products and services provided by "MinExp" are provided in accordance with the status quo that can be achieved by existing technologies and conditions. We will do our best to provide you with services to ensure the continuity and security of services; however, "MinExp" cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, Service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks may be caused by system instability, third-party service defects, government actions, etc.

5. Liability for breach of contract

6. Other terms

6.1 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by Chinese laws. If any provisions of this agreement are invalid due to conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, these provisions will be re-analyzed as closely as possible to the original provisions of this agreement, and other provisions of this agreement shall still have full force and effect.

6.2 This agreement may be revised due to changes in national policies, products and performance environment. "MinExp" will publish the revised agreement on the website. If you have any objection to the revised agreement, please stop logging in and using the "Smart Book" products and services immediately. If you log in or continue to use the "Smart Book" products and services, it is deemed to approve the revised agreement.
